Smoking & Tobacco Policy

Otero College, in compliance with an executive order issued by former Governor John Hickenlooper, is now smoke, vape, and tobacco free in all buildings and on all grounds owned or leased by Otero.

This order includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, smokeless tobacco (chew), and all smoke-producing products including cigars, pipes, hookahs, and vaporizers.
