CNG 101 / 1001 – Networking Fundamentals 3 Credits
Introduces network fundamentals using the OSI (Open Systems Interconnection) model and TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) suite, fundamentals of Ethernet, IP addressing, and building simple LANs (Local Area Networks).            (Contact hours – 45)

CNG 124 / 1024 – Networking I – Network  3 Credits
Provides students with the knowledge necessary to understand, identify and perform necessary tasks involved in supporting a network. Covers the vendor-independent networking skills and concepts that affect all aspects of networking, such as installing and configuring the TCP/IP. This course also prepares students for the Networking II: Network + course. (Contact hours – 45)

CNG 211 / 2011 – Windows Configuration 3 Credits
Provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the implementation and desktop support needs of customers who are planning to deploy and support Microsoft Windows Client OS in a variety of network operating system environments.                   (Contact hours – 45)  Prerequisite: CNG 101 / CNG 1001 or CNG 124 / CNG 1024
