Holiday Fun for the Whole Community
Experience the magic of the holiday season at Otero College’s 2nd Annual Frost Fest on December 4th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the McDivitt Gym and Macdonald Hall parking lots. This community event invites everyone to enjoy a festive evening filled with activities, including roller skating on a roller rink, a heartwarming tree lighting ceremony, creative crafting booths for personalized holiday decorations, and more. Indulge in winter treats, sip on hot cocoa, and revel in the joyful atmosphere with live music and entertainment. Open to all ages, this event promises a memorable night of holiday cheer and togetherness for the entire community.

Business owners and community members are encouraged to participate in this event! Whether you’re a food vendor, have a craft booth you would like to set up or would like to be an official Event Partner, there are a number of ways that you can participate.

Event Partner
Choose from 3 different tiers of support:
- White Tier - $250 Business will be listed on event program and map, featured on Otero's website and social media.
- Grey Tier - $500 All of white tier, plus 1'x1' banner space, $25 food voucher, 4 fast passes to the roller rink
- Navy Tier - $1000 All of white tier, plus upgraded 2'x2' banner space, $50 food voucher, and 8 fast passes to the roller rink, plus an individual social media spotlight
Food Vendor
Secure your spot at Frost Fest and showcase your business. It's the perfect opportunity to boost your sales and brand visibility:
- Entry Fee: $100
- Entry Deadline: 11/15/24
Booth Host
Not tax deductible, spaces are limited:
- Booth fee - $30
- Must pay for your own supplies
- 10'x10' space

- In-kind donations accepted
