If you have a passion for the Spanish language and culture, a degree program in Spanish will help you advance your skills and pursue a career in one of many fields where Spanish speakers are in high demand. Rapidly becoming one of the most widely spoken languages in the United States and across the world, Spanish is the official language of more than 20 countries with 450 million native speakers. Fluent Spanish speakers boast a highly marketable skill that can lead to career opportunities in a variety of areas, including commerce, hospitality, tourism, and education. Spanish teacher, foreign exchange trader, interpreter, and foreign correspondent are just a few of the professional roles that exist for Hispanophones, at home and abroad.

In an associate program in Spanish, you will be immersed in the Spanish language. This degree is transferable to universities offering a bachelor’s degree in Spanish.
